The Lifelong Soft Skills e-Learning Program was produced to complement programs or initiatives already in place to help employees understand that soft skills are critical to workplace success. The Lifelong Soft Skills e-Learning Program is most often deployed as a component to an organization’s orientation process as well as professional development for seasoned employees.
In a fun, 14-session interactive format, employees learn standards, assess themselves against those standards, and then complete development exercises that will help them meet the standards employers expect to be met.
