Regardless of the job, employees need soft skills or the non-technical skills that relate to how we work, to succeed in today’s workplace.

Building on the success of the Core-LX Core Collection, LSS will provide a robust and comprehensive curriculum designed to provide a foundation for the development of the soft skills desired by employers. 

Fourteen modules designed to provide self-assessment and fundamentals training will support growth in four key skill areas: communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Further, the LSS program will be fully accessible (Accessible Technology Initiative compliant). The program was developed to provide training to students, transitioning employees, and anyone about to enter or re-enter the workforce. Soft skills can easily be integrated throughout various career learning opportunities and experiences, complementing and supporting the development of technical skills.
